About us

The Casuca, has begun a new era with a new direction and name: La Casuca de Gorbea. The chef Álex Gutiérrez, has assumed the management and the work in the kitchen of this restaurant. A new project that are also involved John Joseph Telleria and Gonzalo Dolls.

Our Dishes

La Casuca de Gorbea presents a work in the kitchen that is defined in a simple letter, based on a traditional kitchen a little up-to-date. Highlights in the letter, next to the cod, your plate badge (al pil-pil, candied with tripe and bacon, or the kokotxas de bacalao en salsa verde with shrimp)
